New to the Reformer? This is your perfect starting point! In this introductory class, you'll get to know the Reformer machine, learn basic setups, and explore fundamental Pilates movements. We'll guide you through simple exercises to build your confidence and help you understand how the Reformer works. Once you feel comfortable on the Reformer, you're welcome to join any of our other classes – we offer variations for all levels!
